Once you've found a product you like, we need to get artwork from you to imprint on the product. Camera-ready artwork is preferred. You may e-mail us your artwork in the following formats, or forward a hard copy of black & white camera-ready art.

We accept the following formats:

• Illustrator
• Freehand
• PhotoShop
• Quark
• Any PC compatible EPS or TIFF file
  

All fonts and/or placed images used must either be included or have been converted to outlines. Files may be accepted on a 3.5" floppy disk or 100MB Zip cartridge and must be accompanied with a printout of the logo or image.

You should also specify what size you'd like the logo to appear on the product, if it's not specified in the electronic format.

How to order from Promote It

Once you've found something you like in our product catalog or we've helped you find a product that meets your needs, we need just a few more things to process your order.

Pricing

All prices are dependent upon the quantity of the order. The more you order, the less each product becomes. For final pricing, e-mail or call Promote It directly. We promise to provide you a price quote within 24 hours of your e-mail request, often sooner!

Payments

You can pay for products through credit (we bill you) or VISA/MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. All first-time orders require 50% deposit. If you're in a time crunch, using a credit card will expedite your order. If you'd like us to bill you, please e-mail or fax us your credit references to establish credit with our company.

Shipping

We ship everything by UPS or Federal Express, so you get your products on time & intact. We are happy to use your company's Federal Express, UPS or Airborne Express account numbers.
