Once you've found a product you like, we need to get artwork from you to imprint on the product. Camera-ready artwork is preferred. You may e-mail us your artwork in the following formats:
All fonts and/or placed images used must either be included or have been converted to outlines. Please also include a PDF of the finished artwork.
You should also specify what size you'd like the logo to appear on the product, if it's not specified in the electronic format.
For laser engraving (usually on pens, clocks, etc.) we recommend vectorized artwork.
Once you've found something you like in our product catalog or we've helped you find a product that meets your needs, we need just a few more things to process your order.

All prices are dependent upon the quantity of the order. The more you order, the less each product becomes. For final pricing, e-mail or call Promote It directly. We promise to provide you a price quote within 24 hours of your e-mail request, often sooner!
You can pay for products through credit (we bill you) or VISA/MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. All first-time orders require 50% deposit. If you're in a time crunch, using a credit card will expedite your order. If you'd like us to bill you, please e-mail or fax us your credit references to establish credit with our company.
We ship everything by UPS or Federal Express, so you get your products on time & intact. We are happy to use your company's Federal Express, UPS or Airborne Express account numbers. If you have your own Shipper Account Number - no problem, just provide us the number when placing your order. We can even Drop Ship to multiple locations. Need it within 24hrs - we can Rush Ship your order in time for your event!
